June 4 & 5:
Western NC Air Museum Fair (off Brooklyn Ave, Hendersonville):Information and sale merchandise. We are asking for assistance in providing sales items within the aeronautical and patriotic theme.
July:
Display at Henderson County Public Library rear lobby. Please send any photos of military we have sent packages to.

September 2nd - 5th:

We are inviting all supporters of OPERATION TOASTY TOES to join the committee. Please watch for location notice in the Times-News.
Purpose of Corporation
1) To provide packages of mostly hand knitted and crocheted items (e.g., slippers [booties], dickeys, helmets, watch caps/helmet liners, hand warmers, etc.) to America’s deployed service men and women.
2) To keep the public aware of the need to support our deployed troops
3) To expand the program by encouraging more volunteers to create items to send
4) To encourage and assist volunteers in other states and regions create new chapters
5) To foster patriotism and love of country in all students and the public in general.
